I checked in for one night and was pleased with the overall experience. The receptionist greeted me warmly and had my keys ready. The room was clean, spacious, and the beds were especially comfortable. The indoor pool was a hit for my kids after a long drive, while I enjoyed the hot tub. Breakfast options were plentiful and satisfying. I do think there were some issues, though. I called down for extra towels but was told they were out, which was frustrating. On the second night, the same situation occurred, and it felt like I had to insist to get proper service. Additionally, I noticed some residue on the bed linens, and that was disappointing. Despite these issues, the friendly staff made a big difference, and I’d consider returning with some improvements in mind.

Good middle class spot for a quick stay. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast had decent options. It's close enough to eat Downtown, which I recommend.

The indoor pool reeked of chlorine!!! Signage is lacking, making navigation a hassle for newcomers!!! The hot tub was uninviting with something floating in it. It needs more regular cleaning to ensure a pleasant experience!!!

The room was huge and super comfy for our family of four, which made our stay even better. We loved the indoor pool and hot tub to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, some common areas could use a little extra cleaning, but it didn’t take away from our fun! 😊

It was just a good pick for a temporary stay in Florence with very good value for money. The room was large and comfortable, which was a nice surprise for a budget hotel. Try to go early for breakfast. it gets busy.

holiday inn express is a good middle-class hotel with an indoor saline pool and cardio fitness center. it's just a 12-minute drive from downtown, and the breakfast was pretty decent for an american hotel.

The beds were super soft and comfy and the breakfast was awesome starting early at 6 am which was great for us early travelers. There was a neat automatic pancake maker which the kids loved and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

It was on the pricier side but still acceptable for what we got.
